It might surprise you, but until my mid-30s, I had no idea what I wanted from my career and had no “formal” qualifications to be proud of. I went from job to job without ever feeling excited.
The only thing I knew was that I avoided answering the question: “So, what do you do for a living?” each and every time even though I had achieved a LOT.
Things shifted as soon as I gave myself permission to do and BE more (and got myself “proper” qualifications in HR and Communications).
It wasn’t long before I saw promotion after promotion.
But not through my qualifications!
It was my mindset that changed. I started thinking, feeling and operating like a leader.
All of a sudden I wasn’t reactive, waiting for the right opportunities to pop up
……I created them instead.

With over 20 years of experience as a General Manager and People & Culture Director, Rebecca has developed solutions (both globally and locally) that optimise the performance effectiveness of senior individuals and their teams across the property, infrastructure, professional services, not for profit, FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors.
She specialises in leadership development, talent management, team effectiveness, career coaching & transition.
Over the past 20 years, Ben has made a name for himself as a valued people and culture professional, working in both the private and public sectors in various industries, including retail, not-for-profit, FMCG, property, financial services, education and government positions.
Ben brings expertise across the areas of career management including aligning values and career goals, work-life management and practical career tools including resume and cover letter writing, LinkedIn, networking and interview skills.
William can look back on a high-flying 20-year career in the corporate finance sector.
That’s where he’s made a name for himself for his expertise in product & project management, innovation technology, business transformation and marketing.
